S E T    U P  &  D E L I V E R Y An additional fee for set up and delivery is based on the final proposal and varies for each individual client. C O N S U L T A T I O N S Consultations with our coordinator and designer are available at no charge when meeting at Tesoro. Consultations at your event site are $100.00 for the first hour, $50.00 per additional hour. We would be happy to meet with you and show you our extensive portfolio, showing a wide variety of designs and budget. A consultation does not reserve Tesoro for your event. P R O P O S A L  &  P A Y M E N T A one-third, nonrefundable deposit and a signed copy of the proposal are due to reserve your date with Tesoro within fourteen days of receiving the proposal. The final balance is due two weeks prior to your event. We do have a cancellation policy--details will be included with the final proposal.
